KLA Capital focuses on investing in well situated properties requiring extensive remodeling and construction, and currently ranks as the second highest property owner in downtown Las Vegas. Through our work with KLA Construction & Development, Inc., KLA Capital is able to bring empty land parcels or older properties back onto the market with a modern or traditional style that caters to all types of tenants. Our residential portfolio consists of apartment complexes ranging from triplexes to 140+ unit communities with unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments that can fit a family. All of our properties come with the most up to date and modern finishes and, with our extensive detail to maintenance and upkeep, we strive to keep our properties feeling new. Commercial properties in our portfolio include offices, wedding chapels, restaurants, breweries, and industrial spaces, among others.
KLA's caliber of work has been heralded by City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman as "absolutely magnificent" and awarded several grants by the Las Vegas City Council. Company properties have also been featured in numerous newspaper articles and on news outlets during grand openings and City of Las Vegas ribbon cuttings.

Do you accept pets?Yes! We accept pets at nearly all of our properties. We do however require a one-time pet fee. Please inquire with the leasing office for more details.

What are your leasing requirements?We predominantly check to ensure all tenants have adequate income and no evictions. While we consider credit scores, exceptions can be made for tenants with steady work and no prior rental issues. If you are uncertain, please ask our office about your situation prior to applying.

Are your properties safe?We like to think all of our properties are built as safe as possible. Not only are they all completely gated with 24/7 security surveillance systems, but we also have partnered with Protective Force International (PFI), a full-service security company. PFI offers around the clock emergency and non-emergency services and with their offices located Downtown (they are also one of our tenants!), response times are rapid. Las Vegas Metro works directly with PFI as well so we know our tenants are receiving the best security services. All of this just so we can ensure our Tenants with peace of mind.

Do you do pest control?Yes! We do monthly pest control at all properties, which consists of spraying the exterior of the property. Any tenants wanting special attention for their unit just needs to ask and we will schedule to spray the inside of your unit too. Our pest control is safe for pets and kids so tenants can rest assured knowing they are not being put at risk.
