The Park

The Park was completed in 2017 and offered completely renovated luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. ​Located directly across from Downtown's LGBTQ Center, aka "The Center", the property is walking distance from public transportation, markets, and the Fremont Experience. The units featured all new electrical, mechanical and plumbing work and fixtures, as well as brand new windows, blinds, appliances, custom metal railings, and a modern paint design.
